Explorer Scouts, in teams of 4, are required to plan and prepare a 3 course meal in 2 hours. Menu's and risk assessments must be submitted by the teams one week before the event. On the day, aside from the cooking competition, entrants will also have the opportunity to learn some new skills from two of the Counties top chef's, whom have worked at The Grove and Centurion Club.
