All staff on Peak Assault must be over 18 with a valid Scouting DBS and up to date Mandatory Ongoing Learning.
Hillwalking Experience Seekers....if you are looking to learn more skills in the hills, you can join our hill marshals as an "assistant" You will need to be able to look after yourself in the hills, be fit and able for a potential 12 hour day out in the hills. This may be a day of intense activity from the start, quiet throughout, or a mix. Please book yourself on as a hill marshal and place a note in "Other" as "seeking hillwalking experience".
Staff Costs
Staff costs are made up of Staff Fees and Staff Travel. When you complete your booking, you will only be charged the Staff Fee for arriving on Friday after 18:00. County Support will invoice you for any difference and any Travel fee.
Fees – Include the site fee (non-VAT) and Catering (Including VAT)
Travel - The expectation is that Staff who live in Hertfordshire use the HPA Transport (Coach, Minibus etc.) to get to/from the event. However, if this is not practical as you live outside Hertfordshire and the only option you have is to travel directly to Peak Assault in your own vehicle then please detail this when you complete the registration form before booking your place. Car parking is extremely limited at the site and cars may be parked off site, but our main concern is a duty of care for solo drivers, particularly on the Sunday return trip after a strenuous weekend. No expenses/fuel will be paid for self-travel, however you will not pay the transport fee.
Staff Fees

CST / Base Camp – Arriving Thursday - £51
